Well, I found a similar letter from someone else on this site so I now know this is a scam.
"Hello

We are interested in offering you a work from home part time job It does not require any professional skill in

Doing the job.

It is very important to be consistent on the internet to qualify for this job.

You will be handling some elementary paper work and payroll administration to our clients within the U.S.A/Canada

Your Obligation is to work for 2hours a day and also listen attentively to given instructions to execute your assignment

You will also be taking care of all applications with regards to new clients that are willing to register/Incorporate their offshore companies.

So I was interested in the job and told them so. It took a week before I wrote back and asked if it was still open. They said yes and to give them the requested information. They didn't tell me so I asked them what info they needed. So it was basic, Name address, phone, etc. I was lucky then didn't ask for Date of Birth. They asked about a Bank of America account and if I had one. That is when I got suspicious. I told them I will need more info about the job and company before I give them my bank details.
