Ripoff Refund How to Obtain It

Over 2 years ago I received a phone call saying to watch my mail for an important message. I was never offered anything for sale but the call had a "fishy" feel so I was careful never to even say the word yes while talking to the caller.
Within days of one another, I received two small booklets in the mail. I believe they were called "directories" for some health type services. I then saw two different charges appear on my bank account using my debit card that were unauthorized. I had never given my bank card number to this company!
I reported this to the bank, they would not help. I reported them to the Postmaster for MAIL FRAUD. That did the trick. The Postmaster required a full report from them which included a copy of my file with my debit card info obtained from another company where I had purchased vitamins! They couldn't refund my money fast enough! The Postmaster gave them 30 days to return my money and my debit card had already been cancelled, so they were calling to make sure they had the correct address for sending the refund. It cost them administrative costs to supply the copies of documents to the Postmaster and to myself.
I also reported them to the Nevada Attorney General and the District Attorney and any other place I could file a complaint. I advise you to do this also so that a file can be compiled. I cannot believe this ripoff is still occuring.
