I joined both programmes at the time they both had Christmas specials on upgrades. I should have known better but knew that I needed a good ammount of cash to pay big bills in Feburary, so I took the risk.
I'm now owed a lot of money and am unable to get any reply to emails. The terms state I have to wait 65 days in order to recieve my money so there is still a long time before I can say they have breeched their contract. Meanwhile I have to continue surfing or my account will be deleated. Is a reply email too much to ask?
