Same as previous complaint. Ordered samples with a 14 day trial period. 6 days after receiving the products (3) my debit card was charged $79.99,74.99 and 49.99. Trial period was not even up. Talked to a representative and they said it was not their policy to give refunds. They offered 50% refund. They should not be allowed to continue with this false advertisement and taking money out of people's account without at least discussing this with the customer first. Does anybody know how to make them refund my money???
