I received a letter in the mail about applying for extra cash between 500 to 800 dollars. I went online and filled the application out for the money for some help and they sent me a card after they took the money out of my account without my approval. I tried call and cancel and they told me the only way I could cancel was to go online and do it. I tried that and it didn't work and they still took the money out of my account without my approval. Now i'm trying to file a claim to try to get my money back.
