Traffic Oasis ripoff unauthorized deduction from bank account after cancellation

I requested my monthly subscription with Taffic Oasis be cancelled on 6/10, TrafficOasis sent me an email acknowledging that my subscription had been cancelled. However the payment was deducted from my bank account on 6/14 causing a negative bank balance and overdraft charges from my bank.

TrafficOasis admits they made the deduction in error, and have refunded the subscription amount, but they will not take responsibility for the $99 dollars in overdraft charges. I have sent numerous emails to the sales department at TrafficOasis, but they tell me it is my problem for not having enough money in the bank.

I tried calling them, but they will not give me the phone number or the email address for the corporate office in Belgium. A woman said she would try and do something, but she has not contacted me.

I have talked with my bank and they refuse to reverse the charges. I am a very responsible person and this whole situation is not my fault.

TrafficOasis is a lead generating company that can afford paying for their mistakes. I suggest people think twice before using them to buy leads.
