Obert has a unauthorizrd placement for a fire insurance policy with no written agreement as to placement, amount of insurance coverage or authauthorization to do so. He has followed up with harrisment and threats. I have all recorded calls as proof of said harrisments and threats... There is no agreement between all unit owners giving him any right to represent us in any way. Also i would question a conflic of interest his compamy v/s aprivate out side company and placement of this fire insurance policy.
