I applied for help to save my home; they assured me after taking all info that they could help me. Gave me new mortgage amount; I downloaded everything from their site; they asked me to pay $2500 to cover their end of it (they said they were working with Chase underwriters to refinance for me because I was so far behind with my mortgage due to my husbands death). I put the money in my ch. Acct; they took it; kept in touch with me for a week. When I emailed a? To them I got no response; the phone was always busy. Web site now says it doesn't exist. I am now out $2500.00.
