I purchased a pair of jordan sneakers from this website. I received them on 02/17. When i opened them they were damaged. I than contacted customer support about this issue. They told me to send pictures of what was damaged. I did an they told me that they were damaged on shipment. The tongue of both shoes are scratched one of them is ripped and missing some of the material. I asked them if i could return them and just receive a different pair. They are not willing to comply with me
