1. Have tried unsuccessfully to write an email with complaints under "Contact Us" on the Target web site 8 times tonight. Each time Target web site does not process (how convenient for it).

2. The technical performance of Target's web site appears severely limited (meaning it takes 2 minutes while the site attempts to open, save or go to another site page; among other things it doesn't have the capacity to handle the # of users).
3. I am on a T3 line (very fast) so the problem is not on my end. The fact that Target makes it not only difficult to access its site, but makes it virtually impossible to send an email to "Contact Us."
4. Store Personnel could care less about complaints. They have consistently refused to ever allow me to talk with the Manager of the Day or the Manager on Duty.
5. The fact that more consumers than usual may be attempting to write "Contact Us" emails and/or access the Target web site is immaterial. It is a Target problem which they shove onto the consumer.
