Do not buy this product!!! The Slice O Matic is a true scam. Does not cut anything, except cucumbers and does that very poorly. When ordering I got so frustrated with all the cons to get me to order more than one product, that I hung up in the middle of the call and thought I would not receive one, but lo' and behold, one arrived, so I went ahead and tried it. Wish I had refused it. One of these days, I will learn not to order ANYTHING from the TV. If you fell for this one too, the phone number for returning is 800-777-4034, where you can get a RMA number, if you can understand the person you are speaking to.
