Wanted to send cashiers check and include $50 extra for removing my post from Craigslist... internet

I posted a group of 4 appliances on craigslist for $1350 for all 4. I got the following email -

Hello,
Thanks for the prompt response to my mail. I will be buying it from you so please kindly withdraw the advert from the web as i will be adding $50 for the removal. Please to be informed that i will be paying you with a certified bank check and once you have the check cashed at your bank then i will arrange for the pick up at your place. I will need the following details to mail the payment as soon as possible.

Creepy and more than a suspicious. I didn't reply or do anything but post on here.
