I was under the impression that this company would resolve my PC problem but it became a sales pitch to purchase a year's worth of assistance for $199. My first trial problem wasn't fixed and Qresolve will not respond to my emails, won't accept my logon or answer their phone to unsubscribe. As a senior, I feel that I've been scammed and can't do anything about it. No trust in online assistance!
