received on 25/01/12
a no point was i aware that any further payments would be taken
confirmation email does not mention this eithernoticed on bank statement payment of £74.95 taken on 15/2 by company cream care skin
I called bank who gave me tel number to call company.
I did and was advised that account would be cancelled
and that i would receive refund in 6 to 10 days!!!
I was told i would recieve emails confirming this
i have not recieve any such emails and afurthe £51.00 was taken
during the course oof my phone call to them!!!
I have spoken to my bank who are going to call me back tomorrow
mean while i have transferred my money into another account
