This company has dozens of complaints online and has multiple website names that make the complaints difficult to track, I regret not researching more. All complaints tell the same story - buyer orders a product (I ordered a Patagonia down jacket) at the website and pays for product with paypal. Some weeks later a package is received from China. This is strange because the website portrays its self as a company operating in England and uses all European and North American models. The product that is received from China is significantly different than what was ordered. Most people report receiving a reusable shopping bag, regardless of what was actually ordered. The company has no real email address or contact information to dispute issues directly.in addition, the visa card I used to make the purchase had to be cancelled because of fraud activity that started about 48 hours after making the suspicious purchase described here.
