I authorized my credit card for shipping charges ($2.95) for my free sample of Allu face cream. Subquently cancelled a monthly supply to be shipped. Did not receive more cream to send back. Was billed and upon inquiry, was told to $89.98 was for trial cream. The supervisor told the sales person, my case would be reviewed and they would get back to me in 72 hrs.
