Hi everyone, for those of you unable to cancel your subscriptions, call the company on 0808 178 7320 & firmly tell them you want to cancel immediately. I can't promise this is a free number as I haven't had my phone bill yet, but I did get a cancellation email from them afterwards.

They try to talk you out of it - offered me 75% off! Adding insult to injury if you ask me!

You can cancel both products on this number. I advise you to also send the bank copies of the email - mine refunded all payments after they received this & my complaint.

Good luck! I'll stick to Amazon etc in future...
