Unauthorized Debit Charges of 50, 50 and 25 Dollars

We filled out the application, where at the top it said, "Facebook is free and always will be." The next thing we received was a phone call from my bank wanting to know if I authorized charges of $50.00, $50.00 and $25.00. So they cancelled my debit card. This all happened on 2/13.
A phone number was on my account for whom to call to find out why they took this money out. So I called it, 1-650-543-7818. It took 3 days to reach a fellow, who did not give me his name. He laughed when I explained to him and said I probably was scammed. Then he said that his phone number was 1-603-543-7818. That is Ar. The 650 is in California. So I said, how did I get him on this first number in California? He said the phone number was the same.
I know people are out to get everyone they can, but I get a check once a month. I would appreciate my money so I can pay the rest of my bills for this month. I know you had my debit card on file from when we bought horse shoes awhile back.
