I basically applied online for a free eye cream, and that i just needed to pay £2.95 p&p. Since then they have take £51.00 on the 10.2.12 and £75.00 on the 13.2.12. I have not autherised for them ti do this or to use the card details provided to take this money. N i have rang and after much frustation they have just said that it was a free trail and that they then charge us the full amount 14days later. Nothing of this nature was stated and we need a full refund
