I too sent away for samples and looked today at my bank account and to my horror saw that £155 had been taken out!

DONT BUY ANYTHING ON THE INTERNET THAT LOOKS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE because it isn't theres always a catch especially if it's an American company!

I rang 08081787320 and spoke to a customer service lady who canceled my account and offered 50% of the money back but I told her I wanted to talk to the supervisor who wasn't available so I said I would hold for her and that I was contacting Watchdog which was a national TV programme in the UK who warn the British public about these kind of scams and she gave me a full refund! You have to be firm but polite and don't get off the phone until you get a full refund!!! The treat of Watchdog seemed to work
