Yelp has a "reviews automated filter" that grossly violates freedom of speech. It claims to deleted those comments that appear to be created to enhance a business rating online but that are not legitimate. Untrue! Yelp's filter will delete legitimate positive reviews and leave the negative ones behind. Yelp acts like it is protecting its community from fake reviews but what it is really doing is harming local businesses with inaccurate ratings, a negative image and ultimately loss of business. If you care about your business image, consider learning more about Yelp before you use it. You may regret using it dearly!
