I agreed a FREE offer to try these probiotic pills for the cost of postage & packing. (£4.95) The pills duly arrived and a few days later my account was charged £69.95??? I e-mailed the company who said I should have returned the product within 14 days to get a refund. Nothing like this was mentioned before - not even a price! I have asked the bank to change my card and refuse any further debits. They do not seem very helpful, even though they know this is a scam. They get a commission from every transaction???
