This Company offers a free trial of their skin care products via the internet for just a small shipping and handling charge.
What is not obvious at all is the fact that it is only free if you return the unopened product within 10 days!
How can you try out a product without opening it?
They then proceed to charge your credit card for 97.88 and you are unwittingly signed up for 4 more automatic charges of 97.88

Why would a legitimate and reputable company need to have a recorded message defending their business practices and denial of wrong doing in the first place? It's obvious they have had plenty of complaints!
The products are overpriced and not very effective1 In any case, the same ingredients can be purchased over the counter for much less
