I turned my laptop on and a message popped up telling me that my laptop had a virus. I downloaded their crap Videocaverpro.com. The advertisement stated to try their crap for free for 15 days, there was no way to cancel this, however there is a nice charge on my credit card. This is a scam. I am PISSED!!! What can I do about this? I want my money back!!!
