I was suppose to have bought a 2003 Range Rover HSE from a couple name Debra and John Roberts who stay in North Dakota and there phone number is (Personal Info Removed), email address is debra3360@gmail.com. Everything was suppose to have been taking care of by Ebay vehicle protection program, so I sent my money for the vehicle, after the so called Ebay representative sent me and email saying that he recieved the money the next day he sent me an email saying I have to pay for the insurance to shipped the vehicle, and I was going to recieve my money back when the vehcile arrived. After I heard this I email the so called Ebay representative and ask for a refund because that was not the plan that me and the seller agreed on. Since then I haven't heard back from them. The Ebay representative who is a fake, name is Anthony Davila who works at 1120 Broadway New York, NY, I do not have his work number but his faxed number is 1800 785 5507. Thanks to the real Ebay and there spoof program I have learned that the Ebay page they used was fake also and is using Ebay name illegally. Please help me stop them so they will do this to anybody else and so I can get my money back. Thank you
