The date may not be exact, however it was in Dec. 2011. The deal for that day was a Papa John's Pizza Voucher for $6.00 total value $12.00. I purchased one. I was not able to print the egift card you're suppose to have access to after your card clears.
I spoke with someone that day and was told they were having printing problems, but their IT dept was aware and working to resolve.
About a week later I was still unable to print, and have not been able to reach anyone by phone, they will not respond to an email. And when I sign into their web-site now, its says my vocher was re-deemed on 01/19. It was not re-deemed by me. How can these people get away with this?
