Hello,

I have a complaint against Terry Communications which is a mobile dealer and unfortuantely made me purchase a product of 500$. After purchase of the handset, I found no warranty or no official card inside the box. I was suspicious, and contacted the office but they refused to hear my complaint. I then realised they were selling second hand sets. This must be really complained, and I even approached the (Link Removed). I hope my complaint would be accepted and addressed.
