Unfair consumer servise - Service from dealer and Ford Customer service

I took my car in for service at action ford constantia in october. The concerns that i had with my car was the shacking stering wheel, lighter fuse, the reverce gear. I was told that everything can be fixed except for the steering problem because i need to get a wheel allighnment and replace my rims. These were the only problems i had, otherwise my car was perfect with not even a funny sound. They (louise du toit) said to me my brake bads and discs need to be replaced as they wont last me for a period of a year, so as a woman who knows nothing about cars i said yes please replace them but since u say my parts are still fine, DO NOT THROW them away, put them in my boot. Then went to collect my car and when i stoped at the stop sign my car's brake pads were making a squuking sound and i went home called louise and told her about the sound my car is making and also asked were my parts are, she said she will get back to me. She neverr did, i called again and then i was told to bring the car in and which i did and was told that they replaced them again as they did not know why it did that. Because it was a week later i was told my parts were thrown away without my concernt. Apon collecting my car the same problem occured a week later i called again and was told to bring it back. Mind u this was the 3rd time i was bringing my car in, when i came to collect it i was told that my car is making the sound because of my rims and tires. The problem is one my car did not have that squuking sound before i let them work on it. I feel like i am driving an old car and its irritating to know that i am driving a 2010 ford fiesta model. I payed for a service and ended up with a problem. Please help me because i have called and called a number of times and i have not been helped. The manager never gets back to me and johannes the guy who took my query has not responded. Regards
