My husband and I ordered the free trial of the Advanced African Mango Pill and the Metaburn on the 23rd Jan. We both paid around $10 each for both products and thought this was a 1 off payment and if we liked the trial product we could order more. I checked my credit cards today and saw that we have both been charged an additional $179.27 (91.92 for the mango and 82.13 for the metaburn foreign transaction fee) on our credit cards and we havent even received any products. I called my bank westpac and they are well aware of the scam and they gave me a number to call and told me to also send a request in writing to cancel our subscriptions. I called this no - 61731886691 (dont know where it is it probably will cost me a fortune) but I spoke to a lady and she did locate our orders and did cancel our subscriptions andgave me cancellation numbers too. She said I would not be charged any more in the future and that I would be receiving an email confirming this. I still sent them an email confirming that i wanted to cancel our subscription and that my bank would take further action to recover any more monies if it was debited in the future. I am very dissappointed and would like a refund for this 1st month they charged us - it is very misleading and obviously i am not the only one as many people are in the same boat.
