Took 99.00 from my acct. On Jan. 3. I called them when I was able to get the phone # from the withdrawal info. They informed me they were going to refund me, no problem, 30 days. I have been trying to get a hold of them, calling them, e-mailing them but no response. The operator keeps telling me they will call me. I sure would like to know how to get my money back from them. Any luck out there?
