Both these companies advertised free samples on their website and said you only had to pay postage so i applied and now i found they have taken one hundred and fifty pounds in unauthorised transactions out of my bank and i am told they can keep on taking it even though they do not supply me with any items or service at all. I also made sure that i told them that i didnot want any thing else taken out of my account but they have taken no notice of whether you tick that box or not. I am absolutely disgusted by their behaviour
