I signed a membership contract agreement knowing that I had three business days to look it over and decide if I really wanted to continue with the service. I decided to cancel the agreement and sent them a signed statement, as required, by mail. I also spoke to their representative by phone notifying her that my cancellation was in the mail. They claim they never received the letter and refuse to refund my money.
