Clinton smith is going to be released from marion county corectional facillity in ohio in march. Clinton played in the nba for 2 years in the 80's. Since then he has defrauded numerous people by writing bad checks. Google his name and you will see his string of arrests. He was writing bad checks while on probation for writing bad checks.
