Illegal reported my 4-runner by falsifying documents - my local sherriff dept. Unknowingly assisted

My ex-employer Wayde Nichols was legal owner on my vehicle although I paid him off in 2002 and he released the title in front of me he then convinced me to leave it in his safe for safe keeping.

I have cancelled checks and correspondence from him acknowledging the debt was paid in full. However I am sueing him for discrimination and testifying against him for the FBI on the evening before my most recent scheduled testimoney.

2 large men came to my home and took my car with an expired temporary repo permit. The police arrived and said it was a civil matter and let these men leave with my car.

A temporary permit that is expired is not a valid repo mattter.
