The company/site has a hidden, recurring, monthly charge of $39.95 if you do not log into your account and refuse that specific month's shoe selection. If you do not refuse the selection before the 5th of EVERY month that you have an account with them, they will automatically charge your credit/debit card $39.95 (even WITHOUT making a purchase) and give you 1 shop "credit" for every time they do that.

My problem:

They have not, do not and will not ever advertise that part of their shoe "deals" and once it happens to you and you try to get it reversed, you call the company's customer service, they put you on hold for 14 minutes before the phone begins to ring and then tell you a refund is against company policy once you finally get ahold of someone.

The company has shady (or a complete lack of) business policies and the products are cheap China-made crap, anyway.
