I was looking for a carfax competitor and when i found this website they seemed legit. After paying the 2.95 it gave me very basic information but it was worth 3 dollars, a few days later i was charged 29.95 and my account is not even active. When dialing the number on the site it rings twice and hangs up! Scam!
