I ordered a coast dress for about £85 from a website called fashion pay. I was charged £123.52, then refunded £40.53. I then received a badly written email which stated 'Dear sir/madam?

Thank you for your email.
I am so sorry that for there was something wrong with the bank system on February 3,
and some of the transactions have been charged more and some of them have been charged less,
but the banks have refund you on that day.
Sorry again.
Thank you for your understanding.'

I have received no products and the website does not exist any more.

Please help.
