I ordered a coast dress from this website for my graduation the following month and after 3 months i received a fake disgusting dress in return, well after the event i needed it for. If anyone has any advice on how to regain my money it would be very much appreciated. I have emailed the company 6 times and received one email in return which had the tracking order for my product. Which was wrong!
Dont know what action to take now?!
