Miscellaneous

I was looking for a dog (English Bulldog) to buy it for my girlfriend for valentine. I found the Funcitybulldogs website and contact Raul Marin by email funcitybulldogs@att.net. We discussed the price by emailing each other. I asked for his contact information. The seller told that the english bulldog puppy was available for 1500.00. He told me he needed my contact information to start the paperwork process and to send him the money through western union. I told him I was not sending him all the money at once and I was not going to use western Union. He gave me his paypal account name as CRIKW@aol.com, account holder name is Chris Wellener. We both agreed that the buyer (me) will send half of the money up front. After I sent him half of the money he sent me an invoice and advice he will need the rest of the money to pay for the shipping. I told the seller that was not part of the agreement. Seller stated he will refund my money on the next business day. Untile today, I haven't received any refund or heard from him after emailing him a few times about my refund. I am reporting this problem because it is a scam that need to stop and I am going to do everything possible to stop this man from taking peoples money. I have all the email available if needed. But, the Seller website need to be shutdown and erase, because he is scamming God knows how many individual so far. Thank you, and I hope you proceed to investigate this incident.
