I have had many problemswith them and the one second freeze is one main one on many items, i won four or five items that i never received, when i contacted them by phone the person i was talking to told me she seen the items i had won and she sent my complaint to the customer service department which then sent me a later saying they would replace the items i had won with more bids in place of giving me the items i had won, they are crazy to think that is right
