As per all the other complaints, I ordered their free trial with the 30 day proviso of cancelling any further payments. I received one tiny tube of the product and I tried telephoning to cancel repeatedly to no avail - the number given did not connect. On 06 February I noticed they had taken £99.95 from my account - where did this amount come from? One hundred pounds is not to be taken lightly - I am sick with worry that they will take more money out. Short of cancelling my credit card, what can I do? Please let me know where I can get some help?
