This company has been stealing money from my account without my permission.internet

I was reviewing my bank account online yesterday when I noticed a charge that had been deducted from my account for over 2 years without me ever knowing it. I hadn't been receiving statements for over a year and it wasn't an account that I ever used very much so I just left it alone. Well, when I noticed these strange $9.95 charges on my account every month I wondered where those were coming from and why.

I'm still not sure who this company is and why they are taking money from me, but I must've bought something from them in 2009; that is when the charges started. As I've thought about it, I had a friend who died from cancer in January and in December of 09, she asked me if I could find the movie, "The Outsiders", for her to give to her boyfriend as a surprise. It was the last gift she ever gave him and I did order it for her online.

I'm furious that this company, these thieves, have done this to me and to many other people. There was never anything said about taking charges out every month or I would've NEVER agreed. This is evil business dealing and the owner should be locked up for his fraudulent behavior.
