A friend of mine posted a FREE gift card thing on FB, so I decided to enter. Of course it doesn't tell you that when you enter the pin # they text to your phone, you are subscribing to some BS company that will charge your cell phone bill $14.99 per month. I have called T-Mobile for three months now, and have been told the charge will be refunded and blocked, but it's still there. I tried to text STOP to the number on my bill, but got a response saying I wasn't subscribed to anything, and to call the phone #. I just got off the phone with the rep, who was actually very nice even though I was not, and she cancelled the service. Now, how do I get my money back???
