We enrolled for a membership in Dec. We were given an offer for personal training, 1 month contract includes 6sessions and each session would cost around $26.5. We were asked to sign on electronic device for this.

Eventually it turned out to be fradud. They did set up a contract for a year without letting customer know. We were neither given contractual agreement nor explained the contract terms.

Every month 106$ was charged to my credit card. When asked about this, Operations manager says, contract has been set up nothing can be done now. Manager says, ther are only 2options now.

1. Buy out the contract paying 50% of the fee
2. Continue the contract

We are facing a situation to end up paying 600$ fee to get rid off this case.

LA Fitness does not care about the people. Its a Fradulant company. Never ever join LA fitness..
