I would like satisfaction on 3 orders. They did not contain the 3 products advertised - one item was a substitute. 2 boxes unopened - not allowed to return them because it was over 30 days even though I contacted them on the 12th day. They go round and round and are not interested in customer satisfaction at all. They offered me $30 compensation on each order if I did not dispute it with my bank. Told me if I dispute it at the bank, I would lose everything and that they would win. They talk really fast and overtalk you so you cannot really hear what they are saying.

The "risk free" free trial is not risk free, free, nor is their 100% Satisfaction Guarantee worth anything. The company uses deceptive practices. Spoke to them several times, no satisfaction. On hold 20 min more or less then when you finally get someone the conversation goes round and round to no avail. They just want to argue.
