In Mid March I applied to this company to be a rebate processor. After about 3 days of intense direction following that made no sense or progress, I contacted the company and tried to have them help me. I could not get my id to come up on any products. They walked me through the process, exactly as the directions stated and I had been doing, but still no id was placed. I then called back and told them I wanted my refund from their "Guarantee of satisfaction" I spoke to a lady named Gracey and actually got a verification number - 651106448- that the charge was reversed on my credit card. Much to my avail, I called back several times over the next 2 months to actually get the charge reversed and each time it was a different person and a promise and verification number that the charge was reversed. Each month I had to go round and round with my credit card company disputing the charge. Finally, I could not justify to the cc company that the charge was a scam and I had to pay it. This company is a hoax, scam, and a RIP-OFF. Do NOT give them your cc number for anything they promise. You will regret it.
