Was calling just to let the store know that the taste seemed watered down. Trying to be nice so they can fix it. I was telling Vincent how I ordered half and half like I always do, but at the other locations which are not connected. He was rude and laughing and said I tell everyone if you change the order meaning the half and half he won't back his quality because I changed the order. I didn't think it was humours at all, you don't just get what you get and be stuck with it. I thought I was doing a favor to the business but ended getting the worst customer service. You don't ever argue and tell the customer its their own fault for the quality of food they receive. Will never go back. I'm not giving my business to someone that argued to me how its my fault for ordering that way and laughing. That's a poor manager and owner. All coming from trying to let them know the food was not nearly as good as it has been in the past.
