I purchased an extended warranty for my 2002 Taurus wagon from Smart Choice Protection, LLC in 1/11 for a 7 year coverage. I was informed that if I did not use any of the warranty and followed
the service requirements and did not exceed the stated mileage, I would get a total refund of the purchase price of the contract which was $1700, expiration date 1/10. I still have the vehicle and followed the guidelines but cannot contact the company to submit my claim for non-use of the services that would allow me to get my refund. Have read some complaints of others who are in the same position. Can anything be done?
