Ecieved a call from a man saying he was gary from exspess platinuim card was told it was a 3% credit card with a $5500 limit to help me rebuild my credit said he was working with an american exspess backed company gave me a control # and a customer service # to call and verify. So i did call and talked to marywho i thought at the time was vary helpful the next mon when i did not get the card in the mail as was agreeded icall mar4y baqck and get nothing but a recording on how sorry the are they are unable to to answere my cal leave a message and they will return my call but the message board is full and haas been full for a week now the # i have is 1-888-887-2636
