Placed an order and have not rc'd anything even though it was promised by e-mail that I would get my order within 48 hours. Several e-mails have came back undeliverable. Finally spoke to an Amanda (probably a made up name) who claimed they ran out of all the sizes I ordered, how about that, but yet no one contacted me to relay that. Also, there was an unauthorized charge on my credit card for a international charge in which I didn't agree to. No where when ordering does it say you will be charged additional rates. I didn't see where I was ordering from a company out of the USA. I will be filling a formal complaint with the better business bureau and my credit card company. I seriously don't think I will receive any product that I wished to purchase after all what I read seems to be the exact same story I have witnessed first hand.
